We are actively participating in Poland’s energy transition, developing a national supply chain for wind, oil, gas, hydrogen and nuclear power.

Grupa Przemysłowa Baltic was established to integrate subsidiaries operating in the energy and shipbuilding markets, building on the rich history and heritage of the Polish shipbuilding industry dating back to the 19th century.

On this solid foundation, we are building a national industrial leader that will be able to compete effectively in global markets, develop innovative products and provide technological and industrial support for the energy transition of the Polish economy.

The Group aims to become a leader as a general contractor (EPCI) in the field of wind energy. Thanks to the high flexibility of our wind tower production capabilities, we can produce their respective sections according to a wide range of technical specifications of different clients and their requirements.

Our Group also provides comprehensive solutions for the oil and gas sector. We specialize in the production of storage tanks and pressure vessels, and offer top-side modules for offshore installations, as well as process modules. We also perform repair works on pipeline systems and prefabrication of pipe sections.

In addition, GPB offers state-of-the-art solutions for the maritime industry by being a manufacturer and supplier of fully-equipped vessels for domestic and foreign shipowners, according to the adopted strategy.

Our projects are supervised by reputable international classification societies such as BV, DNV GL, ABS, LR, TUV, SLV, PRS and UDT.

Grupa Przemysłowa Baltic, established by the Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu, consists of Baltic Operator, Stocznia Gdańska and Energomontaż-Północ Gdynia.

GPB’s member companies have implemented an Integrated Management System in accordance with PN-EN ISO 9001:2015, PN-EN ISO 14001:2015 and PN ISO 45001:2018. Our broad competence and experience are a guarantee of success in the implementation of multidisciplinary projects.

Locations

The preferential location of production facilities in Gdańsk on Ostrów Island and in Gdynia with direct access to the sea with a load line length of 352 m allows for direct loading of large-scale structures. Proximity to the A1 motorway.

Quality & Certifications

We are qualified to weld all steel structures, pipelines, tanks, lifting equipment, bridges and ship structures including the NATO National Economic Entity code for defence industry projects (NCAGE).

Production Capacity

We have modern prefabrication lines for flat sections CSP and LSP, a production hall in Gdańsk with an area of 65 000 m2 with heavy lifting capacity, production hall in Gdynia with access to a dry dock with dimensions 240x40x8 m. Ability to load objects up to 6000 T.

Remigiusz Paszkiewicz, President of the Management Board

Manager with over 25 years of experience in managing large industrial organizations in Poland and abroad. He specializes in the transformation and restructuring of companies in the infrastructure, railway, and logistics sectors. He has held key positions at PKP PLK, Ukrzaliznycia, ANWIL S.A., and Slovenske Železnice, among others. In 2014, as President of PKP PLK, he was honored with the European Commission’s award for the best railway infrastructure manager in Europe

Radosław Załoziński, Vice-President

Experienced manager with over 20 years of experience in finance, international business and team management. Expert in corporate banking solutions, including financing, liquidity management, derivatives and trade finance in cross-border and multi-branch organizations.

Jerzy Wiatr, Vice-President

More than 20 years of experience in managing large enterprises at the top management level. Experienced in corporate restructuring, sales management, commercial policy making and operational management.

Artur Sobolewski, Vice-President

A manager with over 25 years of experience in the petrochemical and refinery sectors.He’s a graduate of the University of Gdańsk and holds an Executive MBA from Nottingham Trent University. For 18 years, he was associated with the ORLEN Group, where he advanced through successive levels of his career, ultimately managing key operational areas at ANWIL S.A. Since 2013, he has led companies within the ORLEN Capital Group, and later, private companies in the industrial production and maintenance sector. He has successfully delivered investment projects, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), restructuring, integration, and business development initiatives.

Baltic Operator Sp. z o.o. pozyskała dofinansowanie Projektu pt. „Opracowanie i wdrożenie modelowego systemu ekspertowego opartego na zaawansowanym systemie UT/Phased-Array (UT/PA) do monitorowania procesu produkcyjnego i diagnostyki wielkogabarytowych spawanych konstrukcji stalowych offshore i onshore przeznaczonych dla przemysłu morskiego” w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014-2020 (oś priorytetowa Zwiększenie potencjału naukowo-badawczego, działanie Badania naukowe i prace rozwojowe, poddziałanie 4.1.4 Projekty aplikacyjne). Projekt jest realizowany od września 2020 roku do lutego 2023 roku we współpracy z Instytutem Podstawowych Problemów Techniki Polskiej Akademii Nauk w Warszawie oraz Akademią Górniczo-Hutniczą im. Stanisława Staszica w Krakowie. Wartość realizowanego projektu jest oszacowana na kwotę 5 073 512,68 PLN, a pozyskane dofinansowanie z Narodowego Centrum Badań i Rozwoju w ramach tego projektu wyniesie 3 727 581, 56 PLN.

GSG Towers Sp. z o.o. pozyskała dofinansowanie Projektu pt. „Utworzenie nowego zakładu produkcyjnego wież wiatrowych typu „onshore” i „offshore” w ramach poddziałania 4.5.1 Wsparcie inwestycji w sektorze produkcyjnym działania 4.5 Wsparcie inwestycji o dużym znaczeniu dla gospodarki osi priorytetowej 4 Inwestycje w innowacyjne przedsięwzięcia Programu Operacyjnego Innowacyjna Gospodarka, 2007-2013. Wartość realizowanego projektu to 178 357 496,16 PLN, a pozyskana kwota dofinansowania w ramach tego projektu wyniosła 48 147 799, 80 PLN
