From 7 to 9 February, Baltic Industrial Group participated in a business mission of Polish companies to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The event brought together nearly 70 entrepreneurs representing key sectors such as energy, ICT, agrifood, and dual-use industries. The Polish delegation was led by Andrzej Domański, Minister of Finance and Economy.
GPB’s participation in the mission aimed to establish investment-oriented cooperation with partners from the Far East interested in developing projects in the fields of modern industrial infrastructure and renewable energy.
Talks with potential investors
One of the key elements of the visit was the participation of Baltic Industrial Group representatives in a business summit organized in cooperation with the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH). The meetings were held in a round-table format, enabling direct discussions with potential investors and industry partners.
“The business summit in Riyadh had a highly practical character. Thanks to our cooperation with PAIH, we took part in round-table meetings where we engaged directly with potential investors interested in renewable energy projects. It was an excellent opportunity to present the potential of Baltic Industrial Group as well as our project and production capabilities,” – emphasized Jerzy Wiatr, Vice President of the Management Board of GPB.
A platform for building international partnerships
The mission program included thematic sessions, networking meetings, and presentations focused on investment opportunities in Poland. Particular emphasis was placed on projects related to energy transition, offshore development, and advanced industrial technologies.
GPB’s presence in Riyadh enabled direct contacts with representatives of companies and investment funds from the Middle East and Far East regions interested in long-term cooperation.
