The Bałtycka Akademia Rozwoju serves to improve the competence of industry employees, continuing the tradition of the Grupa Szkoleniowa Stocznia Gdańsk.

Through our training department, we aim to set new trends in the construction and shipbuilding sector and promote continued growth and employment in the industry.

Our academy, located next to the production hall, offers high-quality training tailored to the needs of the market and employees.
