Due to the most efficient wind tower production line in Poland and the ease of adaptation, as well as the high flexibility of our production capabilities, we can manufacture wind tower sections according to a wide range of technical specifications of different customers and their requirements.
The main welding processes are carried out using semi-automatic and automatic welding equipment, which ensures high quality, efficient production process and care for the working environment. On the other hand, thanks to the modern painting equipment of the Maintenance and Painting Lines, we offer painting with high zinc epoxy paints with the possibility of metallisation for better protection – in accordance with the highest industrial standards.
Our production resources enable us to build specialised, fully equipped steel structures and equipment for the Offshore sector, ranging from cranes and subsea structures to complete process modules for vessels.
Over the years we have supplied our customers with offshore structures such as marine transformer stations (MST), secondary steel, piling templates, foundation elements (pile sleeve, pile cluster, anode cages), TP jackets.

In more than 70 years of history, we have built more than 1000 sea-going vessels of various types for ship owners from all over the world.

Our services are provided in a high quality, safe manner both for people and the environment in two locations, i.e. Gdynia and Gdańsk.
Our production services include ball rolling, cutting of metal sheets and profiles, spatial pipe cutting, drilling, milling, turning, surface planning. We perform anti-corrosion treatment of steel construction elements: sandblasting, shot blasting, painting and stencils made of wooden plywood.
Within the framework of non-production services we rent machines and equipment, lease yards, halls, offices. We provide services with the use of wharf cranes, hall cranes, we rent quays for loading in the Port of Gdynia.
In Gdańsk, we offer berths at Kaszubski Quay, mooring services, services provided by quay cranes, in-house cranes, leasing of yards, halls, offices, cloakroom space, teletechnical duct, lending of resources (e.g. control weights, fenders, etc.). transport services: road transport only inside the company self-propelled transporters, tractor, fork-lift trucks) and water transport outside (ferry Ostrów, motorboat Emilka).
