On August 1, 2025, Mr. Remigiusz Paszkiewicz took over as President of the Management Board of the Baltic Industrial Group. He is an experienced manager with over 25 years of experience in managing industrial, infrastructure, and logistics companies, both in Poland and abroad.

On his second day in office, President Paszkiewicz visited three key locations of the Group, meeting directly with employees. Today, he was present:

🔹 at our main and largest production plant in Gdańsk,

🔹 at the Energomontaż Północ Gdynia plant,

🔹 and at the plant at 19 Kadłubowców Street in Gdynia.

As he himself emphasized, direct contact with the staff is a key element of starting work for him. It is people who build a company – each employee, regardless of their position, plays an important role in the functioning and development of the organization.

The new management of the Group is focused on rebuilding stability, effective organization, and further development of the Group as an important link in the domestic industry, with particular emphasis on the offshore sector and the energy of the future.
