On 31st of January, 2024  a meeting was held between the Group’s Management Board and the Management Board of the Trade Union Organisation – the Inter-Union Organisation of NSZZ “Solidarność” in the Gdansk Shipyard at the headquarters of Grupa Przemysłowa Baltic Sp. z o. o.

At this meeting, the current affairs of the Group were discussed and the current situation on the OWE market was jointly analysed in terms of the directions for further effective and dynamic development of the Group.

Both the Management Board of GPB and NSZZ “Solidarność” assure of their close cooperation for the development of the Grupa Przemysłowa Baltic and pledged to mutually undertake all actions aimed at supporting the implementation of current projects, ensuring a growing level of employment in the Group and acquiring new attractive Offshore contracts and projects using the Group’s extensive experience in the broadly defined shipbuilding industry, including Offshore Wind Energy.

The agreement in question was signed by: on behalf of the Inter-company Organisation of the Solidarity Trade Union at Gdańsk Shipyard – the Chairman of the Board of the Trade Union Organisation, Mr Karol Guzikiewicz, and the Vice-Chairman, Mr Lech Górski; on behalf of the Management Board of GPB, Mr Bogdan Oleszek, Director of HR and Administration.
