Energomontaż-Połnoc Gdynia S.A. has signed the contract with DEME Offshore for the fabrication and delivery of 27 sets of equipped Secondary Steel structures for Offshore Wind Turbine Generator foundations and Offshore Substation Transition Piece for Arcadis Ost 1 project.

Arcadis Ost 1 is a 257 MW Offshore Wind Farm being built in the Baltic Sea off the coast of Germany. It will be located in a 12 nautical mile zone, 20 km northeast of the island of Rügen.

The awarded contract is consistent with Grupa Przemysłowa Baltic`s long-term business strategy and establishes EPG’s position as a competent partner in the offshore wind energy market. Secondary steel structures are, together with Substation, one of the two key products in the portfolio of Grupa Przemysłowa Baltic.
